This is the final major scheduled maintenance work required to complete our ongoing platform upgrade project.

This outage will affect all regions with the impacted local time listed below for each region.

Kuala Lumpur Time (UTC+8)
Friday 15th October 5:00pm to Monday 18th October 12:00am

Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (UTC+11)
Friday 15th October 8:00pm to Monday 18th October 3:00am

New Zealand Daylight Savings Time (UTC+13)
Friday 15th October 10:00pm to Monday 18th October 5:00am

During this time, customers using our platform in these regions will be unable to use any and all of the usual services, in particular

* Ezypay’s online payment portal pay-me-today.com will be unavailable during the time stated above.

* You will be unable to log in to Ezypay (hello.ezypay.com or helloasia.ezypay.com) during this time.

* Api's will be unavailable (api.ezypay.com or apiasia.ezypay.com)

* If you are logged in when we begin the system maintenance, you will be automatically logged out and lose any unsaved data.
